Michigan Karst Conservancy

The Michigan Karst Conservancy is dedicated to the preservation of examples of Michigan's karst areas. It was formed in 1983 by people with an appreciation for Michigan karst features, when it became apparent that no other groups were interested and able to actively protect such areas for their inherent geological interest.

Welcome to the Colorado Western Slope Grotto (C.W.SG)!

he C.W.S.G is a caving club that is affiliated with the National Speleological Society (N.S.S). Both organizations are dedicated to the study, exploration and conservation of caves. The C.W.S.G is one of six grottos located in Colorado that are involved in many aspects of speleology.

The Blue Ridge Grotto is a social grotto, with politics taking a back seat to good trips, friendship, and good caving. We have monthly caving trips geared from the beginner to advanced project trips.

Cascade Grotto

The Cascade Grotto is a local chapter of the National Speleological Society, usually known as the NSS (and not to be confused with the other NSS, the National Space Society). The NSS is dedicated to the study, exploration, and conservation of caves and their contents.
Regular Grotto meetings are held monthly at 7:00 pm on the third Friday of each month at the Hamlin Room in the Shoreline Community Center. The Center is at 18560 1st Ave. NE in Shoreline.
